FRAN DEVINE is an experienced solicitor practising in Yorkshire and has been licensed as an insolvency practitioner for more than 15 years. Her career in the law began in 1985 when she was admitted as a solicitor by the Law Society. She has been President of Hull Incorporated Law Society, a member of the Council of the Insolvency Lawyers Association and she is also a Fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
